...Furniture Layout....

First thing first... bila nak jumpa ID kenalah bawa pelan lantai. Just brief the ID konsep apa yang kita nak.. maybe dia dah ada projek lain --- and he will show us the picture ... if there any konsep yang kita suka. just to give us ideas....

we'd discuss a few thing such as:

1. Area mana yang nak di 'design'?-- satu rumah, bilik tidur, dapur dsb.
2. Biasanya for a new house -- including wiring, painting, electrical point, grill etc.
3. Then, he will asked u about the 'budget'. How much money u ready to spend.. for me elok rasanya kita letak budget rendah. coz nak taknak mesti out of budget punyer...
4. Next, he will prepare the contract agreement based on what we discussed.
5. We've to pay the contract deposit upon signing the contract agreement.
4. Afterthat, he will start design your furniture layout.

see... banyaknya step. We request supaya boleh siap before raya.. but all those step melambatkan process... agaknya kalau ku panggil pakcik tukang kat kampung tu dah lama siap.

*** tapi rupanya payah jugak - tu lah sebabnya aku pening lalat bila fikir kat mana nak letak TV dan sofa and our furniture layout pun dah 3-4 kali changed...
